Interventions

When it comes to psychological intervention, I have a systems-centred approach: I focus on interactions and relationships between the individual and others. Together, we will explore how you affect and are affected by your relationships with the people, experiences and events in your life. By looking into your world in this way, you and I can better understand the challenges you face and find helpful ways to address them.

The end goal is not to help you control change but to help you empower yourself to make valuable choices in how you respond to change.

My aim is to provide my clients with personalised, high levels of care. Because I believe in improving accessibility to services, I will travel to inpatient hospitals for therapy and assessment if a patient is in a mental healthcare unit, and I can consult with patients in medical or surgical wards for bedside neuropsychology assessment or therapy.

I will require a referral from your treating doctor and permission to access the facility for inpatient consultation.
